Whether you love taking your dog for a walk and getting a cup of coffee or hiking the beautiful mountains and trails, the Pacific Northwest has a lot to offer for any lifestyle. One thing that we can all agree on however, is that "in order to live here you have to be okay with the rain."

WWU Counseling center

"Ten Ideas for Grounding" is one of twenty four videos produced by Western Washington University's Counseling Center. The videos are part of an ongoing project to provide online mental health resources and to teach students a variety of coping methods. The complete compilation of videos can be viewed HERE. My role was primarily editing and graphics but also involved filming for various videos.

The Quiet One

It was created for the CIA, to conduct dangerous missions into hostile territory during the war in Vietnam. It was nicknamed "The Quiet One" due to its stealth. Today SnoHawk 1, a Hughes 500-P helicopter, serves the Snohomish County Search and Rescue Helicopter Rescue Team in their search and rescue operations across Western Washington.
